The Role In this role, you will have the chance to combine leadership with operational responsibility. As a Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving and executing contracts, where you are responsible for their successful delivery according to set goals. The position includes among other things the following tasks:

• Responsible for and driving contracts towards set goals
• Administrative work related to contracts
• Ensure delivery is carried out according to agreement
• Ensure CBRE's procedures are followed
• Lead a group of approximately 6-10 people

• Post-secondary education in property technology, property engineering, or property management, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in technical property operations
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership within property operations
• Good administrative and economic familiarity
• Genuine interest in properties and people

The position is 100% and permanent with a probationary period. The start date for the position is autumn 2026.
